Global Running Day celebrates what makes running so special–camaraderie and friendship, endorphins and accomplishment, and the chance to challenge your personal limits. Whether it’s you first 5K or your fiftieth, you’re invited to celebrate The Big Run at Waterfront Park on Wednesday, June 4 at 6:30 pm. The race will be managed and timed by River City Races, with awards and prizes for top finishers. Additionally, all finishers will receive a finisher's medal and a participant T-shirt (shirts guaranteed for everyone who registers by May 17)!

At 6:00 pm, all kids are invited to join for a short Kids Dash untimed fun dash run/walk taking place at the Start/Finish. This is free for children and all participants get a finisher's medal!
