Iroquois Hill Runners was founded in August 1979 by an avid group of South Louisville Runners. Since that time, the group has evolved to be a group of runners, walkers, and friends. They are dedicated to hosting fun, affordable events for the running community. They host 6 yearly timed races and numerous monthly free social runs in Iroquois Park. Proceeds from the races and member dues go to LOCAL schools cross country and track teams so they can buy shoes, needed equipment and transportation to get the kids to and from meets that they may not get the opportunity to participate in.
Stay connected with IHR through their website and Facebook / Instagram pages for information on race dates, events and social group runs.
