The Pure Tap® 5K, presented by Louisville Water, is for walkers, joggers and runners. The family-friendly event will be held in Shawnee Park, one of Frederick Law Olmstead's signature parks. New this year, dogs can also participate. There is an additional $10 fee to register dogs, with proceeds supporting Friends of Metro Animal Services.

Participants will receive a short-sleeve race shirt, registered dogs receive commemorative bandana and awards to top male and female finishers.
